Thermal areas are hot and can be unstable; stay behind barriers. Roads are narrow with sharp curves; drive slowly, watch for livestock, and use pull-outs. Weather shifts quickly; fog can obscure trails and viewpoints—turn back if visibility drops. Carry travel insurance that covers adventure activities (canyoning, hiking, boat tours).
